Chips - Jon & Mat have worked as a directing duo since 2010. They met as in-house producer/directors for American documentary channel Current TV. After successfully winning a competition run by recruitment company reed.co.uk to create a TV commercial they entered the world of advertising as CHIPS.
The pair have written and directed work for Volvo, Mazda, Allied Bakeries, Dyson, Marks & Spencer and Groupon. Their Christmas Jumper Day viral video for Save the Children won a British Advertising Craft Silver Arrow. Other awards include “Highly Commended” at the Campaign Media Awards, Best Pick at the COFILMIC Festival, and Drum “Ad of the day”. Finally, their “cute kittens” Youtube campaign for Reed achieved the highest ever click through rate in the UK. Click here to see a full list of their awards
