Stella Sonkova

Stella is a Production Designer based in Prague, travelling all around. She has a wide range of projects in her portfolio, from indie art house movies to international commercials.

Her films have been screened at prestigious film festivals, including Venice, Berlin, Toronto, San Sebastian, Karlovy Vary.

Stella is a member of European Film Academy, Production Designers Collective, Berlinale Talents.

When creating the visual worlds of her projects, she focuses on the atmosphere, emotions and the characters' backstories that she tries to visually translate to the audience. Stella loves location scouting, everywhere.
