Ruggero Rosfer

Ruggero Rosfer was born in Milan in 1969. After graduating from Art school, he studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan. In 1996 he moved to London, where he began his career as a fashion photographer. In 2005 he was hired as still-photographer on the set of the movie ''The Merchant of Venice'', starring Al Pacino. From 2005 till 2008, he lived and worked in Beijing, where, among the many assignments, he also reported on the athletes competing at the 2009 Beijing Olympics Games. In 2006 he has started working on the 'Engraving Visions' project with the artist Shaokun. In 2008 he has photographed the 'Women's Aid Helpline' social campaign, which was then censored and took the name of ''Wordless''. Since 2008 he has exhibited his works at FabbricaEos gallery in Milan and at national and international art fairs. Since 2012, Ruggero Rosfer has discovered India and realized his first personal project 'Free to dream' in the city of Jaipur.He also started to portray Indian nobel families.designing particular set,with a cinematographic inspiration.
In 2013 he took the beauty campaign for Bionike Italia.In 2015 he worked in Istanbul.In 2016 he was back in Italy and he photographed the advertising campaign for High Commissioner United Nations Agency (UNHCR) with popular Italian soccer player as testimonial. In 2018 he realized the new cover of Tricarico, a popular Italian songwriter.Moreover he took fashion catalogues for Deprimera Agency in Milan.Group exhibition at Fabbrica Eos Gallery,Milan.
Currently, he lives in Milan.
